Interview
The interview process went as expected. Interviewed with individuals and many of the same questions were asked. However, it did take over 2 months for them to make an offer. The HR process move very slow.

Why Bayer ? A lot of Behaviour questions , it was for internship so it was only one round , 2 panelists and one did the classic questions : introduction why this program ? And then just behavioural
Interview is more on Situational, follow the STAR process. You should think carefully before answering the questions given by the hiring managers. I suggest to read what is on the STAR process. Answer for yout experience.

Interview
Met with the representatives at National Black. Had two phone interviews. Received the rejection email soon after without any further feedback. The position requires very specialized knowledge of procurement and any candidate without the necessary prerequisites does not really stand a chance regardless of the job description.
