I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Bayer (Montville, NJ) in Feb 2013
Interview
Interview is relatively easy, because you won't get one without meeting their minimum academic or work experience requirement. Negotiating salary takes forever because HR in Piitsburg has to consult with Berlin, and that takes weeks, sometimes months! Know the company, the drugs/products, and show your true personality.thry hire more on group dynamic than experience.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Bayer (New Brunswick, NJ) in Apr 2019
Interview
Day long interviews - flew in the night before. Thought it went well. It's been well over 3 months now and no response from any representative at the company, except one email to "stay stay by the phone". Just be honest with candidates; otherwise as it tarnishes the company's image.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Bayer (Paterson, NJ) in Mar 2013
Interview
3 rounds - 1st round with peers, 2nd round with department heads, 3rd round with company head. long waits in between. not well organized process from HR perspective
