COMPLETELY GHOSTED! I am disappointed at how unprofessional this interview/offer process was handled. I went through five rounds of interviews, my references were called, and I received a verbal offer saying the official paperwork containing the offer would be sent to me in a few days. I spoke with the recruiter requesting if there was some flexibility in increasing the base salary being offered. The recruiter told me he would speak with the hiring manager and would let me know. That's when I was completely ghosted. I followed up with both the recruiter and the hiring manager requesting an update and never received a reply. I found this to be unprofessional and inconsiderate given the time I spent interviewing with the company. After this experience it's no surprise that the organization has horrible reviews from both current and former employees. (I also selected "Yes, and I accepted" to the "Did you get an offer?" question on here due to the fact that the offer was still open and I was awaiting an update from the company on the amount of the actual base salary).
