The process took one month and few days. Total of two interviews by unit managers, one via telephone and one via video.It was a great learning experience. Interviewers were very friendly and accommodating. I felt at home and looked forward to working with them.

Very straight forward with a peer interview after. Overall was a good experience other than some issues initially with connecting online for the interview. The team goes over basic behavioral questions to make sure you’re a good fit.

The interview process was very easy, I will say the manager I interviewed with was not who I ended up working under. My management changed three times in the first year and by the time I was leaving this position they had dissolved my department (float rewards) as a whole.
