I applied in-person. I interviewed at Baylor Scott & White Health
Interview
No interview until after hired. No contract either. However they have changed that process. Written resume seems more important than a face to face interview even today.

Question 1
No difficult questions or medical related questions.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Baylor Scott & White Health in Jan 2022
Interview
Spoke to the recruiting officer- super nice person. I got a huge list of openings and submitted my preferences and 3 references.
Bit of time goes by and they ask for a resume with months included, as well as explanation for a non-traditional path through residency.
I get a polite refusal email a week later than they've gone another direction.
My ego is a bit bruised here that I didn't even get my foot in the door, as a qualified provider, for an employer that has many many spots to fill. Was my application or personal presentation really that egregious? 0_0
