Long, took over a year of interviews to maybe get the job, nice people throughout the process, very good company as it is small and family oriented, based in a small town in Iowa that is not easy to get to so that is the drawback

Great very easy to communicate with HR. The whole process included a tour along with meeting people on my team. The interview was more like a conversation instead of an interrogation.

It was a clean and relaxed environment. Upon sitting down they asked questions regarding my previous experience, and they talked about where the company was going. I found the sense I was a number and not valued as a worker and potential skill I could bring to the company.
