Quick response from the recruiter, the process was first a screening phone call, then a Teams call and the last stage was in the office. The questions were both personal and technical.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bdairy (Dordrecht)
Interview
I was invited to their office where I was interviewed by their main Quality manager who worked in the company since the start and the HR. The interview was mainly the discussion regarding my background and what the company has to offer in this position. The employees of the company told the story of the company and a bit about themselves and then there was a discussion.
