Beach Cities Health District interview questions

Applied online and received phone screening request in a few weeks. The phone screening was a basic phone screening with an HR representative. Phone screening was around 30 minutes and was told to expect a reply in a few weeks- but did not hear back from them.

The interviewer was encouraging and pleasant, and asked a bunch of general questions about personality, goals, etc (e.g. What's your 5 year goal. Use 3 words to describe yourself). Not much 'technical questions' (probably cuz it's just an internship job). Got job offer two days after the interview.
