The interview process was very casual. The attire of the Vice President and her subordinate was also very casual. It was not like any interview I can remember ever having. It was evident right away that they had not read my resume or at least had not reviewed it before my appointment. The questions were geared toward my ability to work in a small space with the same people day in and day out.
The questions they were more concerned with had less to do with my knowledge of loan operations and more to do with my typing and computer skills.
I felt as though I was interviewing them.
