It was a long and drawn out process. Took 5 months from initial recruiter call, to final round interview. No interviews were panel, they were all 1:1, just spaced out a bit farther than I'd like. 6-7 rounds of interviews with all team/department heads you'd work with. Unfortunately they were acquired by QXO right after my final round, and QXO put a hiring freeze in place indefinitely - so I was never extended an offer.
