It's been a frustrating process: I was offered an interview, then told by HR that it would be rescheduled. Despite my follow-up email, the talent team went silent, and I ultimately received a rejection without any interview ever taking place.
Great interview process - really enjoyed meeting the team
Began with a chat with the TA team, followed by a meeting with the Head of Engineering
I then met 4 of the Senior Engineers and the co-founder of the company
It was a great process, good feedback at every stage and I received a great offer. I sadly turned them down for another company that was a little more in-line with stuff I had worked on, otherwise I'd have accepted immediately.
Very cool problem space, and doing a lot of good - keep it up guys
I applied online. I interviewed at Beam (UK) (London, England) in Apr 2026
Interview
A rigorous, multi-stage process that tested commercial thinking, implementation logic, and stakeholder communication — culminating in two final-round interviews after a take-home task. Thorough, professional, and ultimately humbling, it sharpened my thinking even where it didn't land.
