Bear Staffing interview questions

The first step in the interview process is seeing which job best fits your credentials. Then you have a second interview over a video call. Before you get to the second portion of the interview, you must take a series of tests to see if you meet the minimum requirements. Lastly, there is a drug screen, in which you can go to Bear Staffing or request to go to a lab.

Very smooth process in place. Had several phone conversations and one in person interview prior to me accepting the position. The in person was held at their corporate office in Fort Myers, FL.
