This process is fairly straightforward, involving just a handful of questions. Typically, there will be two rounds of interviews. The main goal is to ensure that you have a clear understanding of the role and that you are well-prepared to demonstrate your qualifications and skills. We want to make sure you're confident and known to be capable of doing what is required.
2rounds face to face. Not too difficult with technical questions only. Refs are also required and verified. Hired in a week after interview. Also conducted some interviews for some newer guys. Same process.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at BearCom (Garland, TX) in May 2025
Interview
The process commenced with a recruiter who exhibited a friendly and welcoming demeanor. They posed all the necessary screening questions. Subsequently, I was offered a virtual interview. From my observations, the interview process transpired effectively. However, it has been several weeks, and I havent heard anyting back. I reached out via email for an update, yet I have not received a response. I find it exceedingly unprofessional to disregard a candidate following the interview process. As a courtesy, it would be considerate to inform candidates if another individual has been selected. Candidates invest considerable time preparing for and attending interviews, and to be overlooked is highly unprofessional, reflecting poorly on the Talent Acquisition department.
