It was okay but some processes were unnecessary and while I was on an interview with the Founder or CEO she didn't seem serious and was also eating while interviewing me

I received an email from the hiring manager and she wanted me to complete a full assignment before speaking to anyone at the company... This involved content creation, copywriting and an in-depth analysis of their social media channels without having any context of the current strategy, KPIs, etc. I even asked if I could save the assignment for the last step and she did not budge.
