The recruitment process comprised three structured interview stages: an initial screening with HR, a technical/role-specific discussion with the Line Manager, and a final round with HR. The interviews were conducted in a positive and conversational manner. The overall atmosphere was quite relaxed, which allowed for a genuine two-way exchange and effectively showcased my qualifications and fit for the team.
