Pretty standard design interview process, Beautiful.ai started with a recruiter screen and then a 1:1 with the Head of Product and Growth. The second interview was kind of strange because it was more or less a portfolio review minus the ability to show an actual case study or present it. ...without a clear picture themselves of what this role would actually do, where their responsibilities began/ended, and zero prioritization or internal process. Very little regard given to actual business metrics or product in general beyond execution based "just making things." The expectations for the role also seemed obscene in light of the salary range for it, with designers expected to own and manage all PM work as well.
