Had 2 different 3 interviews, 1st zoom, 2nd at their parchment location 3rd with New co-CEO through zoom. Definitely have an informal pretentious approach. Withheld violable information( that most employers give upfront), that isn't disclosed unit hired. Very unorganized, and biased towards a certain look.

Interview
The interview process was fine. First round consisted of a quick video interview going over specifics, conducted by the new Co-CEO. Second interview was a few days later at their location. Very disorganized office culture, there was no follow up and was ghosted after the interview. Then they pulled the job posting and re-issued it as a lesser role.

It was joyful, easy, straightforward, they were clear and fast, interviewed 3 different times, they explained and described the roll from the beginning, all good things to say, grateful for the opportunity
