Beautycounter interview questions

I was sourced via a recruiting firm for a full time position. I had 3 interviews- morning 1. HR Manager, 2. 2 with the Executive I would be supporting, 3. 2x Assistants for other Executives. Overall process was easy, but main flaw was the Executive didn't seem interested in having an assistant.

I had four rounds of interviews with a project after the third round. Everyone I spoke with was incredibly personable and asked great questions to get to know me better. I could tell they were willing to put in the extra time and effort to find the best person that not only could do the job well but also as a positive personality hire. After I turned in my project, they let me know it was between myself and one other candidate. After the 4th interview, they ultimately told me they went with the other person because she had more years of experience with a direct competitor. I still enjoyed every step of the process very much.
