Interview
First there is a phone interview, then you meet with the supervisor of the department, then you have a interview with 2 or 3 employees from that department. If you pass all of those you will schedule a job shadow where you will sit and watch how things are done over a few hours or so. After that they either offer you the job or they don't.

Initial interview with HR recruiter via phone. Info will be forwarded on to the hiring manager for pharmacy department. They said I should hear something back within a week or so.
