Beckett Gas interview questions

When I met the Maintenance Supervisor, first question he asked me if I used tobacco products. Second question was if I was married and had kids, explaining that there insurance required me to take a spouse's insurance if hired. Not sure if this was an illegal question or not.

Interviewing process is similar with most companies, I went through an interview with human resources and filled out a typical job application first. I was brought back for a full day interviewing process with management representatives from supporting departments for a second interview. I received a formal written job offer to accept the position.
