It began with phone conversation with recruiter who went over questions like minimum salary, work status etc. Then had a tech phone interview with one team member followed by onsite interviews with person from HR and other team members.

Interview process was very organized and had 3 rounds of interviews all technical. Though my interview went well they were not very transparent about the feedback. Even after requesting for feedback did not get any response. I spent around full one day in Beckman office in spite of that not getting the interview feedback is not a very good thing to happen only for that reason I would not recommend this company.
