I started with online application, and I did the first round telephone interview with HR within 10 days. Second round telephone interview with a scientist from Beckman Coulter 1 week after passing the first round interview. Third round onsite interview happens after about 2 months, the process included 1 hour presentation about your own research during Ph.D. + Q&A, and 5 one hour 1 on 1 interview with different senior level managers and scientists. The people are very friendly, the culture seems positive.
