Intially contacted by third party search firm for initial 30 minute phone screening, followed by 30 minute phone interview with hiring manager a week or so later. Invited to interview with hiring manager and two other department heads for one hour each, then following that two one-hour interviews each with senior leaders and an additional one-hour interview with departments heads again. Final interview with local HR manager. Each step of the process was accompanied by review of entry-level interviewing tips, etc. by the search firm, which seemed redundant for the level of position. Search firm focused almost entirely on scripted questions and answers, asking many details but divulging little, if anything. Entire process took over two months to complete.
