The interview process consisted of several stages: HR screening → Project assessment → CTO interview → Reference check → CEO call.
The entire process took around 2–3 months, with the final decision communicated about three weeks after the CEO call.
Overall, the process was quite thorough. The team seemed to place significant emphasis on understanding a candidate’s genuine interest and passion for joining the company, which is common for startups where alignment with the mission matters a lot.
One aspect I appreciated is that the company appears to value human-centric culture and organizational structure. This stands out compared to some startups that simply justify disorganization as part of “startup culture.” Here, there seemed to be a genuine effort to build structure while maintaining a startup environment.
