Really poor experience.I successfully passed tw presentation for the final stage, which was entirely theoretical in nature. Despite being told during the final interview that my approach was sound and receiving no feedback indicating any gaps, I was ultimately rejected on the basis of not having “enough relevant experience.” This was surprising, as my experience should have been assessed during the earlier stages. While the recruiter I worked with was professional and pleasant, the overall process felt like a waste of time and effort due to the lack of transparency and consistency in the evaluation criteria.
