The interview is in person, consisting of some standard questions like previous experience . Likely speaking with a HR rep and Sanitation manager. The interview will likely go for 20 minutes
A three-person panel from varying departments asking questions they feel were pertinent. The questions presented showed a lack of leadership training and poor team selection. If you get through the inquisition, you go on to a 2nd phase where you meet with upper management. The questions were all behavioural-based, and there is zero, absolutely ZERO, interest in the individual. There was not one single question about myself. They are only interested in how you would perform under certain situations. They make an effort to make you feel you are being less than honest, and, as previously warned, they present very strong bias. I was disinterested in the role about 12 minutes into the experience. I would suggest that they should show an interest in the applicant. The company's financials are not showing financial stability. It was too much of a risk to take the role, especially with people whose expectations are unrealistic. Not a people-focused company.

Interview
The interview was pretty straightforward and easy. Mostly situational questions were asked - from dealing with difficult customers, to working with a larger team. I was interviewed by the manager and their manager.
