Interview was one on one with one of supervisors at the office. The interview Started off with a couple questions about my background, school, and experience with working with children with special needs. There was a little bit of role playing involved and a few other questions. interview was very laid back and lasted about an hour long.

The interview process was very easy. I was asked about my availability and provided expectations regarding the position. They had options for in home and a center. The job description explained the job duties. They let me know there was a virtual training and then field training after that.

It was a straightforward and fun interview. She had me role-play different situations that could come up with kids. She also explained the role and the benefits. We went through availability.
