My first interview started with basic questions to get to know me professionally as well as some background on my interviewer and the company itself. Following the intro my interviewer got into my professional past, achievements and areas where I believe I need improvement. We had a nice discussion on the industry and its demands that we are familiar with.
My second interview dove deeper into my professional background- specifically skills I have picked up, how I can handle time management and my experience with budget management.
Overall I feel both interviews were thorough and not as intimidating as other interviews I have had. I enjoyed speaking with both interviewers and recommend applying, if you are interested.
