I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Behaviour Interactive
Interview
Given a simple coding test. About three short coding questions were emailed to applicants to be completed in any of a variety of languages. My friends and I found it extremely easy, but none received follow up interviews.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Behaviour Interactive in Feb 2022
Interview
After being contacted by their recruiter, we set up a phone call to present the company, and the project I would work on, present myself a little bit and ask some questions.
After this I was sent a coding test which took 2h to complete, and was quite hard.
Despite my poor performance in the test, I was contact for a second more in-depth and technical interview with some developers. There were some tricky question, but overall it went quite well.
I didn't get the job, but they still called me to explain their decision, which I greatly appreciated. The whole process took about 2 weeks.

Application
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Behaviour Interactive (Montreal, QC) in Feb 2022
Interview
Simple and direct. A coding test followed by questions by a senior developper. HR may or may not ask questions themselves about you as well. It is overall pleasant and was a very nice first impression about the company as a whole!
