Compared to the rest of the modern interview process, the one I had at Behaviour was the simplest and most straight forward. No tricks, no unnecessary juggling acts. I've seen interview processes that go on for FOUR interview sessions + a job test where the interviewees are still not sure what they're looking for or if there is even a position at the end of the line. Very frustrating to say the least.
Not at Behaviour. I had one interview, I did one online psych evaluation test for them, that's it. I even had the HR representative contact me, explaining that there would be a slight delay in the decision making process but that they hadn't forgotten about me and will get back to me soon. Imagine that, HR people who CALL YOU even when you haven't received the job yet. That's courteous. And something of a rarity amongst employers nowadays. Kudos to Behaviour for that.
