Applied on LinkedIn. Recruiter reached out for a phone screen 2 days later. Two days later set up an onsite interview. I was impressed with how quick the processed moved. The recruiter called about 2 weeks after the onsite to let me know I wasn't selected. I was impressed with the overall process even though I don't get an offer.
