Interview
I applied online for a FULL time position. I made sure I clicked my available days and times. I got a call a week later wanting me to come in for an interview. When I got in I was told I was being interviewed for a TEMP to hire PART TIME position (Seasonal) . She looked over my resume and my application to go on and tell me that me only being available M-F was going to be a problem as well as my hours. I was already upset because I applied for the full time position, and they are trying to interview me for a seasonal position which I do not want and could not even pay for 1 child's daycare off of. I wish they would have looked at the job I applied for and my availability before they called ME for the interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at Belk
Interview
It was a three interview process for the position. First with the Human Resource Manager, second with the visual manager, and last was with a regional manager. They asked the normal questions and they were all easy-going which helped lessen the nervousness. Scheduling three different interviews is the part that wasn't so easy, but has to be done to to narrow the field to find the right person for the job.
