1st round was with HR recruiter pretty standard format. 2nd round was with the hiring manager which I felt went really well. 3rd round was with the VP of IT which started off odd as he was looking away from his camera when we first started the conversation, I also wasn’t sure how to read whether it went well or not. 4th round was going to be on site with a couple people in the office but over a week now since my last interview and it’s been crickets. I emailed the recruiter to follow up but like I said nothing. Thx for wasting my time.
