Interview
If you're applying for a job here, let me be your warning. All of the reviews from former employees are correct. The management and administration at this school are atrocious. I applied for a position at this school and was quickly offered a position. Sounds great, right? NO! I was sent a contract without receiving any sort of information about the position and no formal offer letter from the admin. All the information said was that I had about 36 hours to sign and return the contract to them. I emailed and asked for clarification and a member of the admin covered their tracks by sending me the formal offer without any explanation or apology for the mix-up. I was again told that I had less than 36 hours to respond and accept the position. I told them that I needed the weekend to look over the documents. After the weekend I got back to them and informed them that I am in the process of interviewing with a number of schools in the area and that the interviews should be wrapping up within the next week and a half. I kindly asked that I be given time to make an informed decision about all of my offers before making a final decision. Apparently they didn't like this answer and they rescinded my offer stating that the contract had already expired since I took the weekend to read over the benefit documents and that they would proceed with hiring someone else. Yikes. How unprofessional. I am not desperate enough for a job that I would sign a contract with no time to discuss and clarify. Additionally, I would not ruin my reputation with other schools in the area and stop my hiring process abruptly upon the receiving of an offer. The fact that they have no consideration for their new-hires even before they have signed a contract says a lot about the way the company works. Beware, prospective employees. They prey on new and un-experienced teachers assuming that they will be naive enough to sign their contract with no questions asked. They are essentially asking for a take-it or leave-it position. Good luck, guys.
I will say, though, that I'm sure some (if not most) of the teachers at this school are super nice and willing to help out. The administration, however, needs some serious reworking and moral training.

Interview
They interview you in person and ask about your teaching style. They typically ask you to teach a lesson that they will watch, but I got hired in the summer leading up to school beginning so there wasn't an opportunity for them to watch me teach.
I was offered the role on the spot.

Interview
This was without question one of the most disorganized interview, hiring, and onboarding processes I have ever encountered. I was offered conflicting accounts from various supervisors regarding what my compensation was going to be for the year and wasn't given a clear understanding of what classes I would be teaching or my start date until days before I was asked to begin teaching full time.
