The interview process wasn't really an interview, to be honest. I walked into their dining hall where I was to be meeting what would be my future boss. At the time, they were preparing for Vacation Bible School. He was up on stage attempting to secure a light fixture. My interview was assisting him in securing the light; after that we simply continued working.
