Round 1 was a 30-45 minute phone interview with an HR member and a IT team member. It included introductions about what Bemis is, introducing myself, and some questions about my past experience. Round 2 was an in-person panel interview (or remote) with 5 people, most from the IT department. It was about one hour of round robin questions, such as why do you want to work for Bemis, or questions about my past experience.
