Initial telephone interview. HR individual asked typical questions regarding resume and skill sets. Mostly focused on experience. Was helpful in suggesting other positions at company that might be a better fit.

DO NOT BE TEMPTED! They were half an hour late to the interview and I have received two apologies for the panel's behavior as they were rude and dismissive. You will be supporting these humans, and I left in tears. Is your mental health worth being trampled on, starting during the interview process? No, toxic environments that are fostered in plain sight don't deserve the heart and soul that I pour into my work. And they don't deserve YOURS! I have never had an individual slap the table at me IN AN INTERVIEW; now I can say, I have seen everything!
