Bendigo Kangan Institute interview questions

Interviewed with three different people over the phone four times then on the interview day, the interviewer (4th different person) obviously had not read my resume, stopped the interview and said she couldn't go on because of my lack of experience and expressing disappointment and irritation despite the previous 3 people telling me my resume was great.
