Dopo che il CV è stato selezionato arrivano dei test di logica da risolvere entro un tempo limite, poi ci sono altre sezioni con domande più personali o sulla motivazione per cui vuoi lavorare per Bending Spoons. Dopo questa fase c'è un test di design e poi diversi colloqui. Il processo è lungo ma la persona di riferimento è sempre disponibile e gentile.

I applied online and then they reached out to me after a dew days with email that i need to do a few tasks which include logic questions and at last design task. the question are to be answerd with camera and microphone on
Processo lungo e multi stadio, durato più di due mesi
Non ho mai visto/parlato con qualcuno di interno prima di 3 step/tasks
I task sono impegnativi e richiedono fino a 1 settimana di lavoro ciascuno
Process is quite lengthy. I’m still completing last design task which is almost asking to do full end-to-end app for them. Questions regarding the logical riddles where quite weird (don’t know really why they are there). Also there’a one AI interview where you are in camera and speak to it (wasn’t that bad)
