I applied online. I interviewed at Bending Spoons in Dec 2025
Interview
Extremely rude recruiter/recruitment process. Everything feels impersonal and they act like it's a privilege to interview with them. After the technical tasks they just sent a rude, automated reject email ("we have many better candidates than you").
I am still on 3rd stage, I have cleared 2 assessments. I dont know what to expect from the interview or how many more stages there are but from what I have heard , I guess atleast 2-3 interviews
Online screening in a zoom call with a recruiter. With some questions asked about the job, some about strengths and previous experiences as well as a few questions about the company
There was a task round and then some interviews. The process tests a lot of logical reasoning and quick thinking. The interviews were mostly focused around soft skills and problem solving. If you like logic puzzles this process is pretty interesting.
