Dopo aver inviato CV e cover letter sono stato ricontattato per prendere parte ad una coding challenge. La coding challenge è costruita molto bene, si tratta di un piccolo progetto da implementare, e non la solita singola funzione da implementare per risolvere un problema. Non ho proseguito perché ho fatto un errore stupidissimo (che ho scoperto successivamente) che non mi ha consentito di passare tutti i test. Mannaggia a me.

The interview process started after my application with a direct progression to the next stage, as my CV allowed me to skip the initial screening phase. I was then asked to complete two questionnaires, followed by four timed tasks (approximately 50, 45, 25, and 10 minutes). The first three tasks were proctored, requiring screen, webcam, and microphone recording throughout the session. The final 10-minute task was not proctored and involved recording video responses to general behavioral questions. Throughout the process, an HR representative was available to provide guidance and support, although they did not have the ability to influence or modify the evaluation process itself. Overall, the process was structured, rigorous, and quite demanding.
