I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Bending Spoons
Interview
Online - Quite long, but also flexible. I didn't mind the delay as sometimes it was because of my personal things too. Recruiter and the interviewers were very nice and open, polite and relaxed interviews.

Question 1
Can't really say, but anyways there isn't much to prepare in advance. The recruiter clearly states the next stage you have to finish in the email - no surprises, including the parts where some technical knowledge is in focus (describing thought process>>pure coding skills), and you can ask them in case of any doubt, they respond fast.
Also after CV/cover letter screening, there are logical questions that truly cannot be prepared - knowing English well and being concentrated is the only advice.
Also, the whole time there is a lot of personal questions to access personality fit, both written and in interviews - so some honest introspection beforehand is useful to know your strong points and interests. Good luck!

Ho provato a fare l' oa, ho iniziato con la parte di logica e l'ho passata, poi c'è la parte di coding dove la difficoltà è incrementale, trova una soluzione, scrivi testi, scrivilo in un altro modo e cosi via
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Bending Spoons (London, England) in Feb 2026
Interview
The application process is long compared to other firms (7-8 hours of commitment, spread across 1.5-2 months), but it is quite unique as well, so you might find it interesting.
You first have to do an OA, which consists of behavioural questions, as well as some pen-and-paper tasks (e.g., algorithms on graphs, logical reasoning), and a task that you couldn't solve by hand, thus requiring you to write a small program.
After the OA stage, there are 2 behavioural interviews, which consist of your standard behavioural questions as well as "brain teaser" type questions (not really the "If you were shrunk and put in a blender, how would you escape" kind, they were more about logical reasoning and less open-ended). I highly recommend preparing for how to answer those, since I believe that is the reason I failed.

Interview
I got contacted by the hr rep, and then I was sent the online assessment which took approximately 5 hrs to complete. Was rejected but the hr rep gave me a pretty detailed feedback on what went wrong in my performance, highlighting even the individual questions that I had gotten wrong, and also where I performed good.

Question 1
I signed an NDA but pretty basic coding with logic and probability questions. It was one of the most fun assessments that I had done.
