I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Bending Spoons in Nov 2024
Interview
The process took roughly 2 months and was very structured. It started with a round of tasks, mostly consisting in logic quizzes, small programming problems and some behavioral questions. After passing this stage I was contacted for a behavioural interview, followed by a logic interview and a technical interview. Finally, I had a couple of small interviews/chats with some leads where nothing too significant was asked. The whole process was very well organized and I got feedback about my tasks and interviews very quickly (1 or 2 days later at most).
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
In most of the interviews I was asked to talk a bit about myself and why I wanted to join Bending Spoons. This went more in depth in the first behavioral interview. In the logic interview I had to answer to a couple of logic quizzes similar to the ones in the first tasks, although now I was also asked to mention my reasoning to the interviewer; this also included some tasks where there was no definite answer, and I was asked how I would try to guess the most probable one. In the technical interview I was asked how I would design a small software system and how I would modify it to add other requirements known after the fact.
I am still on 3rd stage, I have cleared 2 assessments. I dont know what to expect from the interview or how many more stages there are but from what I have heard , I guess atleast 2-3 interviews
Online screening in a zoom call with a recruiter. With some questions asked about the job, some about strengths and previous experiences as well as a few questions about the company
There was a task round and then some interviews. The process tests a lot of logical reasoning and quick thinking. The interviews were mostly focused around soft skills and problem solving. If you like logic puzzles this process is pretty interesting.
