I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bending Spoons (Milan) in Aug 2025
Interview
Extremely impersonal. You never get to speak or interact with anyone. You go through an internal app where you can complete a bunch of tasks, it can take weeks to go through the whole process. Most of it was leetcode-like material and a load of behavioural questions.
You get rejected with the standard HR email. They offered to send feedback. When I asked for it I got some AI junk.
It's very likely that their whole hiring process is AI based.

Question 1
The make you sign and NDA and try to remove your review if you tell anything.
Essentially a medium level Leetcode question
Online screening in a zoom call with a recruiter. With some questions asked about the job, some about strengths and previous experiences as well as a few questions about the company
There was a task round and then some interviews. The process tests a lot of logical reasoning and quick thinking. The interviews were mostly focused around soft skills and problem solving. If you like logic puzzles this process is pretty interesting.
Two rounds of several tasks, most of which were logic problems, some were programing. After I did two interviews, a both were half behavioral, the second half was logic based on the first one and system design on the second one.
