Interview
I completed the first two interviewing sessions. The first one was positive, the next started to get uncomfortable by pressing for personal information. I was referred by a friend as I approached a point in my life where a career change was inevitable. I did not understand the business and was disenchanted by what I discovered.

Asking me for a list of names of people I may know who could use life insurance. I felt that I was being used by them to generate leads for them to sell insurance to.

Interview
Applied through the campus recruitment and sent my resume to the recruiter, then got a phone interview with an associate. The interview questions are all technical questions, mainly based on the basic knowledge of accounting courses. For example, which one is most important, given balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.
