1st video interview is a bit nerve wracking, second video interview is with an actual person so it is better, enjoyed the second part of the process more than the first

Every single member of benefits team have been so friendly and welcoming. My interview process was clear and allowed me time to prepare. As soon as I started the process on zoom all nerves were eased by my interviewer.

We had to learn about a few products first of all then answer some questions about them. Next we had to go out into the department store and follow people, try to persuade them to come to the counter and sell them products. The company didn’t care about what suited the customers just what products they needed to sell.
