You meet with the manager and have confidence they will hire you. Just make sure to ask in advance if it's for sure a serving job. Otherwise it's fairly easy to get in.

The interview was about 30-35 minutes. Usually my interviews last at least this long, however this was mostly due to the interviewer leaving the interview 5 or 6 times. While I was speaking, he kept looking around to correct the other FOH staff in what they were doing and introduced me to somebody else as well. Overall interviewer was very distracted and this lead to him asking me questions I had really already answered. I am moving cities and drove and hour and a half to be there. Standard questions, what do you bring to the table, work experience, availability, etc. Told me to apply online and go from there. I typically get hired on the spot so I am chalking this up to the lack of focus and apparent interest from the interviewer.

Very quick and easy going process. You should have an answer within 48 hours. Everyone seemed happy and helpful in the process. Would definitely say a easier process than other well known chains.
