Bennett Thrasher interview questions

The interview was not negative at first, but the outcome soured everything about it. It was a phone call, assessment, in-person interview with high-ranking people, and a final virtual interview. All the feedback was outstanding, and they spoke to me as if I already had the job. I was then rejected because they weren't *actually* looking for someone with my background and all of the interviews focused on what I can do with my eyes closed. It's disheartening, and I wish they had been clear about their expectations and the desired background to join the team.
