You’ll get an OA after resume screen. The OA is difficult only for Bentley Systems to extend a subpar offer. These sorts of companies should not be having OAs that are so hard if they won’t pay accordingly. Either salary should be increased, or OA/technical standards should be lowered. Administering big tech level interviews with peanut salary makes no sense.
