First step, one phone informative interview with a Recruiter in Dublin. Another phone interview with the Marketing Hiring Manager based in USA. My application has been rejected on this second step because I had no previous work experience on translation and content review, and there were candidates more qualified for the job than I. A bit disappointed, because my resume clearly pointed out my lack of experience on those fields so I didn't understand the point of reaching me out and then dismissing me without a test first, and because I really liked the Company. Both Recruiter and Hiring Manager very friendly and pleasant to speak to.
